As Director of Operations, Nitza is responsible for the direction and coordination of the agency. Nitza has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, sales, and budget. She started her career at 3M Puerto Rico. In 2007, she began working at the Wisconsin Department of Insurance as an insurance regulator/auditor and became the Agent Licensing supervisor. She later transferred to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Division on Medicaid. As a Deputy Director, Nitza had direct oversight of the annual fiscal Medicaid operating budget for current, non-sponsored funds. She ensured resources and expenditures were occurring in general conformity with the budget plan and strategic goals. Nitza has a history of working in the government administration and private sector industry. 

Nitza is responsible for the development, continuous improvement, and delivery of customer service and the strategic development of operational requirements, process, and technology, to deliver key services outcomes for customers. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Nitza is engaged in various organizations in support of the business community and diverse groups. She is a member of Kiwanis Club of Monroe, The Madison Club and Optimist International. She is a native from Puerto Rico and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
