Brett has over 20 years of experience in the investment and insurance industries. He has spent time on a trade desk executing stock/bond/option trades with financial professionals around the country while running the margin department of a broker-dealer. He spent years conducting ethics and suitability oversight as well as auditing financial professionals around the state of Wisconsin. He runs a fee based planning practice with focuses on retirement and special needs planning. When not advising his own institutional and family clients, he is the Investment Specialist for WestPoint Financial Group, a MassMutual firm, focusing on support of financial professionals throughout Wisconsin. 

Mr. Bauch lives in Middleton, WI with his wife Katie and sons Sam and Jake. Brett holds a bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has personal family experience in the special needs planning area and serves on the Board of WisPACT (Wisconsin Pooled and Community Trusts). He enjoys various outdoor activities such as fishing, kayaking, hiking, and climbing.
